Phase 1:
Validation & Setup (Months 1-3)
Prototype Development: Build and refine our initial aeroponic
tower model to demonstrate durability, efficiency, and scalability.
Facility and Equipment: Secure a local workshop in Hawai’i and
acquire essential 3D printing and recycling equipment.
Grant & Partnership Applications: Apply for federal, state, and
local grants (e.g., USDA Agricultural Innovation, Hawaii Small
Business Grants) and forge partnerships with local schools and
community organizations.
Phase 2:
Sales launch and first contracts (Months 4-9)
Market Introduction: Launch our aeroponic towers to
homeowners, urban farmers, and corporate clients, backed by
demonstrations and pilot programs.
Establish Initial Revenue Streams: Begin generating revenue
through direct sales and strategic partnerships, paving the way for
further expansion.
Expand Recycling Initiatives: Integrate local recycling programs
to transform plastic waste into essential production material,
lowering costs and enhancing our green credentials.
Phase 3:
Scale & Diversify (Months 10-24)
Increase Production Capacity: Expand our manufacturing facility
and add more advanced pellet-fed 3D printers to meet rising
demand.
Product Line Expansion: Leverage the aeroponic tower’s proof-
of-concept to diversify our product offerings, including urban infrastructure items like smart city poles and modular furniture.
Strategic Partnerships & Expansion: Strengthen relationships
with government bodies, educational institutions, and private
enterprises to solidify our position as a market leader in
sustainable solutions.
